- Russell is a real deal vinyl DJ who has been rocking parties since 1997. He has a congenital understanding of what the crowd wants. Wherever the party needs to go, he is prepared to take it there. Not only does he give them what they're hungry for but he also serves them all types of music that they didn't even know they wanted to hear. Cutting up breakbeats, doing blends live and on the fly, scratching, mixing…the kid’s got the full skill set to be a fully-rounded DJ, and he’s good at everything. DJ Russell has devastated crowds from coast to coast and internationally. In doing so, he’s shared the stage with folks like Clipse, Collie Buddz Common, dead Prez, GZA, Krs-One, Mixmaster Mike, Pharoahe Monch, Quest love, Slick Rick, Z-Trip and handfuls more of infamous hip hop icons. Not only does this East Coast cat kill it @ the clubs but he also burns the house down @ fashion shows, extreme sport events and what have you. What are you waiting for????
